BCC was originally formed over 150 years ago and specialises in family law.

Our offices are in the main square opposite the Town Hall and there is ample free parking available at the front of the office. Brackley is within easy reach of Northampton, Silverstone, Towcester, Buckingham, Daventry, Milton Keynes, Banbury, Bicester and the surrounding areas.

Our branch office is situated in Witney which has free parking throughout.  Witney is within easy reach of Chipping Norton, Burford, Woodstock, Kidlington, Abingdon and the surrounding areas.

Our team is on hand to advise and assist you in a friendly and relaxed way at your convenience. BCC realise this can be a stressful time for clients and we therefore ensure your case is dealt with as sympathetically as possible. 

We aim to settle cases in the best interests of our client, by agreement rather than by an order of the Court.
